Sean Conway

Endurance adventurer, author, and motivational speaker

Adventurer and extreme endurance athlete Sean Conway gives entertaining and inspiring motivational speeches and talks about his own adventures.

Sean Conway is an ultra-endurance athlete and adventurer, and he was the first person to complete the Ultimate British Triathlon, cycling, swimming, and then running the length of Britain from Land’s End to John O’Groats. After completing the 1300 mile bike ride in 2008, Sean defied all warnings and achieved a world first by swimming an astonishing 900 miles off the shore of Britain in 2013, spending a total of 135 days at sea battling the weather, the currents, and vast amounts of jellyfish. In May 2015, he finished the first Ultimate British Triathlon by running 1014 miles in six weeks. This run was turned into a documentary for Discovery Channel, an inspiring story of one man, one island, and one seemingly impossible journey.

Sean’s talks are memorable and entertaining, and he is passionate about encouraging others to challenge themselves and achieve enormous goals. Through these talks he delivers powerful and inspiring messages about coping with setbacks, setting outrageous goals and achieving them against all odds, as well as staying positive and motivated in the face of adversity.
