Having worked for 10 years for the Bank of Ireland in various HR roles in both business partnering and project roles throughout Ireland and the UK, Louisa went on to pursue a career as a part-time lecturer in CMI Ireland teaching HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
A chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the MII, Louisa founded her company, Woodview HRM, in 2014. Woodview HRM is a local business supporting other local businesses in achieving their aims through ensuring that they have high performing employees who are committed to achieving the business’ objectives. Her company provides real-time HR solutions to manage people problems and enhance performance in a cost effective friendly manner.
With a Postgraduate Diploma in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Louisa is able to help organisations navigate their way through employment obstacles using a practical and no fuss manner focusing on business requirements while adhering to current employment legislation.
