Award-winning Isolde Johnson of The Cool Bean Company is one of Ireland’s biggest entrepreneurs.

Isolde Johnson is the Co-Founder and “Professor of Beaneology” of The Cool Bean Company , an exciting and innovative new food startup company. Cool Beans, the award-winning signature product offers consumers a healthy, convenient and tasty meal solution.

Cool Beans has been awarded Silver at the Blas na hEireann Awards and Best Ready Meal at the Quality Food Awards. Isolde herself is a member of the International Wine and Food Society and the Dublin One/Thousand network, an international network of young entrepreneurs and innovators, and she won Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur for Dublin City as well as being shortlisted for the Image Business Woman of the Year Awards and the Women Mean Business Best Newcomer Award in 2015.

Isolde studied Business & Politics at Trinity College Dublin, and started her food career in 2010 when she joined Jacob Fruitfield. After this, she became a Business Development Manager at The Company of Food. She has also completed the Food Academy Programme and the Female Propeller Programme at DCU Ryan Academy in 2014.

Cool Beans appeared on the Late Show in 2015 and was chosen to feature on the SuperValu Food Academy National TV advertising campaign.
