With over 25 years of experience as an international personal trainer and coach, Helen Walsh has become one of the nation’s leading health and wellness experts. In addition to having motivated thousands to achieve their health and fitness goals, Helen has been listed as one of the 50 most influential women in Ireland, and described as one of Ireland’s top female entrepreneurs.

She has motivated thousands of people to achieve their health and fitness goals, and has created a reputation for herself in the industry for getting results and having an intuition when it comes to her client’s health and lifestyle needs.
Helen has been a fitness expert and wellness coach for more than 25 years. From physical therapy, gym and aerobics instructor to personal trainer, she also has a background in psychology with qualifications in counselling, coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy and child psychology. Before setting up Helen Walsh Fitness, Wellness & Coaching, Helen managed the well-known celebrity based gym Pat Henry’s for a number of years, and has taught transition year boys in Belvedere College for the last 13 years.
Included in her work with U2 and some of Irelands top talent in the world of music, acting, politics and media, she has worked in the area of rehabilitation of cancer patients and postoperative care. Helen works on a psychological and physical level with her clients, who have often described her as holistic.
However, Helen does not only work in specialised areas, she is a trainer for all. Image magazine has described Helen as one of Ireland’s top female entrepreneurs, and The Irish Examiner listed her as one of the 50 most influential women in Ireland in 2006.
Helen has worked as a Weight Loss & Fitness Consultant for The Afternoon Show RTÉ, and also on radio on The Marian Finucane Show. In addition, she has a regular slot on The Declan Meehan Show on East Coast FM.

HelenWalshContribution has always been part of Helen’s career; she has run various sponsorship events over the years to raise money for St Lukes Cancer Hospital and research. Supplies have been collected and shipped to Bosnia and Chernobyl, glasses sent to Africa, and in later years the Christmas Hamper Collections.The homeless runs are ongoing with the collection of toiletries and socks, and PASS IT ON is Helen’s way of keeping up this work and making sure that there is always a give-back!
On 3rd March 2015, Helen was presented with a Community Service Award from the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
