Brian MacNeice is a high performance expert whose experience with some of the greatest organisations in the world has helped him develop a deep understanding of the dynamics of high performance.

Brian MacNeice is an expert in high performance organisations as well as an author, a speaker, and an advisor to businesses and sports organisations on the topic. Furthermore he is a co-founder of Kotinos Partners, an advisory firm that partners with clients across industry sectors to achieve sustainable high performance results; here, Brian has worked with leading brands like Johnson & Johnson, Telefonica O2, Genzyme, Kerry Group, Fujitsu, Glanbia, Babcock, Mouchel, the FA, World Rugby, International Cricket Council and many more. Brian has led much of Kotinos’ research into high performance and is a regular speaker on the topic at businesses and conferences. His research has taken him all over the world to study what the best institutions in the world have in common. In October 2016, Brian’s first book is due to be published – a fascinating insight into some of the world’s greatest institutions, including Toyota, Southwest Airlines, Grameen Bank, New Zealand All Blacks, FC Barcelona, the Kirov Ballet, Médecins sans Frontières, the Finnish School Education System to name a few. Brian’s research allowed him to spend time in each organisation, observing how they operate and interviewing key people and thereby developing a deep understanding of the dynamics of organisational high performance.

Brian is also a leading rugby referee officiating throughout Europe, and held the post of National Team Selector for the Ireland Cricket Team from 2007 to 2015.
